Please be aware that all Gavin Goodman’s fine art prints are created upon order. Consequently, they are considered final purchases and are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping Information
As all artwork is produced on demand, please anticipate a shipping timeframe of approximately 4-6 weeks following the sales window’s conclusion.
International Shipping Guidelines
For orders shipped outside South Africa, custom fees and taxes may apply, for which the buyer is solely responsible. Our logistics partner, DHL, will contact you regarding any required payments. Non-payment of these fees can delay your shipment. We do not accept returns based on the imposition of customs fees or taxes.
Address Accuracy
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees and/or international taxes for reshipment.
We urge you to double-check the shipping address at the time of your order. We are not liable for any shipping costs, additional shipping fees, or lost items due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided during order placement.
Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders
Upon receipt, please examine your order carefully. If you find any defects, damage, or discrepancies, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and address it promptly.
For damaged or incorrect photographic prints bought through The Goodman Collection print store, replacements are available. We require the return of the damaged or incorrect items to our studio for this purpose. Notification of damages, along with photographic proof, must be sent to us within 30 days of receipt. Beyond this period, we cannot offer replacements.
